Q: Does your cabinetry come assembled?

A: No, our cabinetry comes in a flat box(ready-to-assemble).

Q: Do you install your cabinetry?

A: No, we only sell cabinets.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: You may return most items purchased from Lesso Kitchen and Bath for partial refund within 30 days from the purchase date. The following terms will apply:

1) All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 2) Returned item(s) must be in resalable condition in the original carton. 3) All returns must be shipped, freight prepaid.

Restocking fees are made necessary due to the restocking terms and conditions set by manufacturers and charged to Lesso Kitchen and Bath on all returned items. Lesso Kitchen and Bath encourages you to review all orders carefully.

Q: What if there are damages during shipping?

A: We make every effort possible to ensure that you receive your order without damage, however on occasion there are conditions beyond our control that will cause damage during the shipping process. If the items(s) that you purchased become damaged during shipment please document the damage with the freight company upon delivery and notify us immediately by calling (909)912-1212.

Q: If I order something to be shipped, will it be taxed?

A: Sales tax will only be applied if you reside in California. All California residents will be charged the current state sales tax.

Q: What type of payment options do you accept?

A: We accept cash, check, Visa and MasterCard (credit / debit), American Express and Discover.

Q: What are your hours of operation? 

A: Our Corona Warehouse/Sales office is open M-F from 8:30-5. Closed Saturday and Sunday. Last time for merchandise pickup is 4:00.
